True, if I sample you and one other person who reports being less amazed by the picture a week after his first experience of it, I will not be able to say, from that sampling, that you both see yellow in the same way. But, I will be able to say, "you both have decreased levels of seratonin in your CNS and blood stream compared to the experience a week ago, and you both are showing decreased neural activity in your your visual cortices and your cerebrums, and that indicates to me the experience is less intense and less pleasurable for you than it was last week."

That is all the similarity I need; it shows to me that there is a distinct change in the both of you in regards to your experiences of the painting. I'm not trying to show you both experience the painting in the same way; I'm only trying to show how the current experience is different than the previous one. You asked "what changed;" you didn't ask "what am I really seeing?"
