"Have you ever been able to log in to that application?" "Why yes all the time" Only to find out hours later they tuned out everything after "log in" and were referring to being able to log into their computer and check e-mail, not log in to that application. Of course their business card often reads "Professor, Computer Science"... CMIS or some other computer oriented field of study.
