if it does, is it still running ok? (is it clean? is the heatsync under it free of dust?)

if not: you might wanna see if you can temporarily jury rig a fan over it. (hang a 80mm above it via cable ties?)

also: if it really is temperatures (I still doubt it is but you never know) you could find a 120mm fan with a higher airflow for the front. (will be noisier) and/or some PCI slot coolers (friend noticed lower temps on his 2 8800GT's when he installed some below his graphics cards)
