When the page first loads, it might say that the page is blocked. In the lower right hand corner you'll get a no-script icon. If you click on it, you will get a menu that allows you to either temporarily or permanently permit the main page to load scripts. Yes, it can do that. But like any other "deny first" style tools, you have to teach it what is permitted.
