Advice on Air Purifiers? by MrTrick2008-07-29 19:48:56
hepa hepa hepa is your *friend* :) by Garrinka 2008-07-29 19:58:01
take into consider where you spend the most time .. and whether or not your cats are with you when you sleep..

you might want to get a smaller one for the bedroom if they do..

and a bigger one for where you spend most of your time..

*check the room size on the box* ..

know what size room you are buying for when you go..

it is good to get a slighty more powerful one .. if you can afford it...

also check the numbers in the ratings somewhere on the box.. there should be at least *two* if I remember correctly..

higher the number ... the better quality of the unit..

plus and *additional* ionizing treatment is not a bad idea..

figure out the cost of replacement filters too.. there are some secondary shops online where you can get cheaper replacement filters..

just like you would get cheaper printer cartridges..

but keep in mind you get what you pay for ;)

look at the big name manufacturers.. I know honeywell used to sell some.. I think they have a different name now.. I might be wrong..

*pant pant* :).. this is all I can come up with off the top of my head.. if I think of anything else.. I'll give you a buzz ;)
