Advice on Air Purifiers? by MrTrick 2008-07-29 19:48:56
Got my wife's results back from the immunologist...

Cat Dander: Class IV
Dog Hair: Class II
Dust Mites: Class II
Grass: Class V
...etc

We live in an apartment, so grass isn't really a problem... but it gets quite dusty, and we have TWO cats. She's made it QUITE clear that the cats are not going anywhere.

Any recommendations on good air purifiers? I know well enough to stay away from 'totally silent ion technology' :-P , but I'm not too familiar with good brands or acceptable price points. Consumable costs are likely to be important too...
