Yeah, there would need to be some kind of checking system before executing an action - something as simple as repeating back to you your instruction and awaiting a confirmation command before dailing. Obviously voice recognition would have to improve a lot before this could work. "Phone, call Tom" "Calling mom, confirm" "No." "Please repeat instruction" "Call Tom". "Calling mom, confirm" "No." ad nauseum
