it's that it's more often wrong than not, even when measuring *regular* folk, and NOT athletes and such.
A straight height-weight comparison is only *vague* reminiscent of accurate, if only because it doesn't even take build into account (as in, your structure, not any work you've done to bulk up).
That alone is going to throw it off the mark.
The problem isn't with using BMI as a measurement, but how they calculate that BMI. It's using only a height/weight measure that's the problem, not that BMI is a bad system of measurement.
