I just followed in your footsteps. Thanks for helping me to realize that I need to do what I know I need to do (and have needed to do for a while). And thanks to the rest of the board for all the kind words of encouragement to Rogue (as I am using your advice for myself, as well)

Doing what you know you need to is tough, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

If anyone needs me, I'll be under my desk crying quietly till time for a mandatory meeting - otherwise I would just go home.
