Two teen-age girls (that are minors) admit on a news camera that they stole $150 from a 9-year old girl scout. They go on how they could have spent the money, but it seemed they were forced to give it back.

"Money is money" states one of the girls. Items that the two girls talked about purchasing was a new cell and a necklace.

Me thinks that they should be forced to sell the cookies and do other community service for the girl scouts. Let alone pay the the girl scouts $600.
