experience to know what his work is worth, obviously. He will either adjust his expectations to more realistic terms, or price himself out of a job. I do have to wonder what makes him expect to be able to afford living in such an exalted neighbourhood? Where did this come from? Are his parents living there? His friends? Ah well - idle speculation.
