let me get this straight
you have Olde Shoppe of Deadbeats
Your service
billing company

in a normal transaction
1a customer pays OSD the money gets credited to the billing company
2the customer gets a "happy i paid my bill" ticket
3then later on your service does a bulk charge for the bills

in this case 3 is not happening? and this is not not-so petty but not yet grand larceny how exactly??

folks TSCOG is in the process of being ground to powder that [redacted] doesn't work
