effects. If this trend continues, lending institutions are going to be far more cautious about lending to anyone for a LONG time. This will make it even harder for anyone to purchase a home than it was even before the idea of sub-prime mortgages came along. I am not currently a home owner, but I'm starting to worry about the difficulties I will be facing when I do decide to buy my own home due to this sort of behavior from other people.
