between you and the Bank and here is their #" do they *INSIST* that after they have talked to the bank that they will call you back and discuss it with you some more....

I have told this merchant multiple times that after he talks with the bank their decision is FINAL and they will call me and tell me what that decision is and I will do it. He DOES NOT need to call me back for *any reason* at that point!!!111 Yet he insists that I am cutting him off in mid scentence and not "being reasonable" and answering the phone when he calls. To be honest, I did cut him off *once* after he had repeated himself 4 times about calling me back after talking to the bank.

I also told him that the reason I did not answer when he called me *4* times in a row was because I was on the phone with the bank referring the issue to them as THEY are the final decision makers and in the case of Innsufficient Funds Returns I have NO leeway whatsoever outside of the guidelines given. I told him if he calls me back after talking to the bank I will have to wait to hear from them before I do anything as their decision is final. He can call me back all he wants but I have to go with their decision....

Why is he going to call me back except to gripe some more and raise his blood pressure and mine?? It makes no sense...he has been doing things like this since he signed up for service with us and he expects me to be all Fluffy pink Bunnies, clover and flowers to him? I am trying to be polite, I really really am, but in the face of abject irritability and grumpyness on their part...it makes it really hard!
