to fix other employees' equipment, only to fix corporate assets. Think of it like this: you employ somebody to handle your Accounts Payable. You find out, later, that said person has also been devoting a significant chunk of their time at the office to managing their own investments--investments from which you don't earn a single penny. Would you not think that said person had stolen the money from you that you paid the person to be handling your accounts while that person was instead handling their own business?
