"Hi, Hactar, can you call me back?" by hactar the uhhh 2008-07-29 08:11:57
I called $user back and got this: Her - "My daughter's computer has a bad monitor (laptop) and I was wondering if you could replace it for me?" Me - "We're pretty busy right now, but call me back later to see if I'm free." Her - "Ok, thanks" I just found out that she's called 3 other people in my office asking for the same thing. She has a history of asking for stuff like this and suddenly expecting lifetime support for her machines at no cost to her. She's a high-level corporate officer's admin assistant and she seems to think she's entitled to special treatment. How would you handle this? (I'm of the mind to tell her to go to geek squad or something)
