therapist says .... it is up to me. As in, he recommended it, but he let me know that it is MY decision to make, and not his, and that he is not telling me, nor pushing me to take anything. That basically leaves me with two decisions: * to take or not to take * select my drug choice. I do not feel that I need meds right now. Though yet I wonder, if taking them will clear my head up a bit, so that perhaps I will see things more clearly. I will be talking about that with my therapist some more.
