I kinda know how you feel.. back when I was a general supervisor and not just over the photo lab I had to pull shifts in the pharmacy at my store sometimes. It's quite amazing how many people think that those who write prescriptions for/dispense drugs can control what their insurance companies do! I had enough of getting cussed out and moved to the front end of the store.
