and shapes and sizes. Once their young children start going to school, there is a nonzero chance that they are going to have classmates that have "two mommies" or "two daddies" instead of the typical one of each.

What's worse is some child telling some other child that they or their parents are going to burn in hell for all eternity because they learned that from their parents. And you don't even have to be gay for that to happen - just not a believer or a member of the same whacko church. (happened to me when I was seven years old!)
