Check WichitaHelpWanted dot com. It's a pretty good resource for the local jobs in this area.

Heh! It occurs to me: a couple years ago, you could have had my old job when I moved to my current employer! That's something to consider, though: look, also, for: metrology positions (not "meteorology", "metrology"--the science of measurement), calibration, instrumentation, and the like. Aerospace is heavy in this area, so the positions are typically listed by titles related to aircraft.
