but when the same people who know we are having these issues and tell us we can't tell the customer the issue, come to me wanting a reason about an order, then get mad when I have nothing else to tell them, makes me want to scream. And we have no standby excuse to give. I guess they just want me to pul some made up reason out of my a3 to give. "unicorns ate your order, then ran off riding on the backs of pixies!"
