Anyone well educated in training muscles here? by karl-henrik 2008-07-10 07:39:34
I'm wondering about my eating I'm overweight so I'm keeping below the calculated kcal needed with my food, but after training (heavy lifting) Should I do like I did back when I trained lots and was in shape (grab a protein shake and a banana that is) or is that contradicting the weight loss.. Right now I come home, eat, then walk 8 km to the gym. train for about 60-90 minutes (depends on what muscles for that day) and then walk home 8 km and I don't eat after the training right now, is that good to drop weight or dumb because I don't gain as much muscles? Note that I'm not trying to "lose weight" I'm trying to get slimmer with a more muscular body.
