we are short handed by 6 people, having system issues, and severely backed up workloads. Yet, when someone asks why their orders haven't been processed yet, we can't tell them the actual reasons. Even though workload issues are something the customers understand and can even relate to. I got chewed out yesterday for slipping and telling someone there order was not done yet because of workload. I make more money here than at any previous job, but I'm begining to think it's not worth it. I need a new job.
