it's not exactly clear, but it's 35 calories a bowl. Hot liquids are better at making you feel filled up than cold ones for some reason. Also, there is an herbal tea from traditional medicinals called "Cranberry Weightless" that helps curb appetite, and tastes pretty good too (it needs a sweetener, though).
