Are you allowed to mix in sugars in the water? in that case stir down as many dextros (fruit-sugar/grape sugar tablets) as you can in a glass of water and quaff it.. it's very fast carbohydrates and won't keep you full for long, but it's almost 400 Kcal per 100g so it should still some hunger..

Not sure of any other ways that I dare to recommend.. most of them used "in-properly" will make you a prompt guest at the WC.
