Have an apple or some other fruit with much water in it. when dieting you should eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. it helps keeping the metabolism going.

Drinking, well lots of water would have been my solution, definitively not soda since that gets you hungrier.. normally when water don't help.. your hungry and should eat something. Apples is my favorite but carrots, bananas and that stuff works just aswell but just eat one.

What's for lunch?
