there is only 1 gsm network here at the moment. but Telecom is rolling out there own, which will be live by christmas. hopefully the plan rates will drop significantly by then. If the plans were reasonable here I'd be in the queue myself. but as it stands, the 'top tier' plan looks like it will cost 4-5 times what it would in the states, for very limited data.
