If we run DHCP for network connections, he has to be notified that he will be monitored for his activity while online. Also, if I were designing such a network from the ground up, I would have provisioned a separate VLAN just for DHCP connections for "guests" to our network. This separate VLAN would have no access whatsoever to any internal networks, just something to connect to the internet.
My other option would be to provide a company system for him to use, grant a temporary account, and even provide staff to assist him with his usage. |
