There is no way in HELL unless G-d himself points his finger at me and tells me to do it that I'm ever letting a non-secured (and by this I mean I've secured it personally) computer onto my network. The CEO can go shove his head up his backside if he thinks I will allow it. That thing is likely to have picked up all kinds of spyware, viruses, trojans, bots, etc. I would never allow that on my network.
