$Recruiter called me to offer me a position, but I wasn't in, so it got left on my Answering Machine.
I called back, only to go to their "Automated Voice Answering Service".
"Thank you for calling $Company.
If you know your party's extension, please dial it now.
If you'd like to reach Sales, please press...
This office will be closed for Memorial Day, so please call back on Tuesday."
Part of the message I left for the $Recruiter was "...and you might want to relay to whomever is in charge of your automated voice system, that you're either very, very late, or very, very early, for Memorial Day."
When the $Recruiter called me back, she was VERY glad someone had mentioned it.
She had tried to get it fixed, but her IT department refused to believe that *customers* were hearing it.
So I offered my services in their IT department instead of the Sales position she was hiring for.
