recently have come out of my shell. Social situations: I still avoid. Small groups or one on one is just starting to be OK. I understand the discomfort and anxiety and have received a lot of help from good Dr. and better living through chemistry. I still cannot look someone in the eyes or ask someone for help in a store. I may never be able too, but I get through one day at a time.
