first: a case is a case, hard to screw one up, just find one you like with a decent airflow design: Fan in the front, power supply in a reasonable place (aka: not on the bottom of the case) and a spot for a fan or a fan in the back.

second: clarify? "for which type to get?" makes zilch sense to me.
some things to look for: 120mm (or larger) fans, they (in general) make less noise than 80mm fans. You'll want at least two fans, one in the front on the bottom (preferably one that blows over hard drive spots) and one in the back below the power supply.
