Past: The board operated under the FYOSR and, for the most part, board participants behaved in a mature manner, albeit with liberal dollops of wit and innuendo, and the occasional flameout.

Present: The board operates without the FYOSR and a disturbing number of participants behave as though they have several years to go before being as mature as a FYOS, with frequent flameouts and a disturbing inability to string three words together without resorting to numeric representation of profanity.
