I do think it rude to do so in lieu of getting your own internet connection when you can afford it, or have a wifi router of your own and just wont hook it up. . . My cousin is talking about doing this because one of his neighbors is giving an excellent signal and 50 Mbs.

I convinced him not to. He's going to plug his own in as soon as he's done unpacking from moving.
