any neurobiologists / physicists here to help? by kit16852008-05-05 14:03:40

      i am just wondering, by kit1685 2008-05-05 14:37:17
since V4 gets its color information (via V2) from the blobs in V1 who respond to wavelength - how can the neurons in V4 then respond to (quote from the script) "the color of a surface to some extend regardless of the wavelength from the illumination"?

It just hasn't clicked yet inside me. Or maybe this is something that has just not been found out yet? (But usually they write that in the script.)
