Bloated, breaks webpages, has obscure names for the settings to allow things to work properly. Can actually be disabled by certain virii but still appears to work and even pretend to update.... Mind you, my experience is based on NIS 2003 but once a product goes down that route it rarely comes back from it.... I've ehard good thingsabout Outpost free firewall but havent tried it yet.
