calls us. It's not supposed to call us. They are supposed to call the technical management, which then (if necessary) calls us. We have no use for messages like "Our Software says there is some error with the web site. What kind of error? We don't know. Nor do we have information on the time of the incident or other circumstances." bangs head against wall
