If you've got 4 bedrooms, divide your rent by 4 & charge her the 1/4th rent for the storage of her stuff; 3 rooms, charge her a 1/3rd; 2 rooms, charge half.
If she complains, you can honestly point to the fact that she's using 1/4th, 1/3rd, 1/2 of your current residence for the storage of her stuff, thus depriving you of the use OF that portion of YOUR residence.
If she wants to take it to court, you can point to the fact that you were charging her based upon the amount of space she used (one room out of N rooms) and that would be no different than the rent charged to a living-in-the-room Flatmate.
If she REALLY wants to try & get nasty, *sell her stuff* & send her the amount MINUS the costs you incurred moving her stuff to the new place, AND the amount of "rent" she incurred while it was forced to remain in your possession.
If she wants to "play hardball", sell her stuff, keep the money, and tell her to go [CENSORED] herself.
You gave her N months to get her stuff out, she did nothing in that time, and you have NO reason what-so-ever for keeping HER stuff in YOUR place "after a reasonable time".
Tasering her in the forehead repeatedly is an option...
Probably not a GOOD one, but certainly a FUN one.
*COUGH*
