Assume they pick the same drug. We're still back to the parents blaming themselves if the kids die.

If they pick different ones, the parents of the dead kid will either blame themselves or the other parents, for the death.

Either way, it places an unfair blame on the parents.

The parents are not objective participants, and should not make this decision.
