To condemn the UN and its peace keeping efforts, and not deploy them when needed, or to lobby for better oversight? Actually, I have to wonder why nobody is doing just that - lobbying for better oversight. Is it because nobody wants to risk getting caught? IMO whoever does the complaining about corruption should be the ones lobbying as well - why is this not happening?
