No bother. Yep we have a LOT of people rotting in jail. Guess what? If they're in jail they can't get into mischief. I'm personally surprised they find New Jersey more comfortable than Kent. However I've been told that there are a few areas of Jersey that are still rural and quite nice. Of course our young people do blow off steam one merely has to check you tube for Spring Break videos. But again there are boundaries and they are expected to stay within them. Most know this and still have a great time. Is the article a true picture of America? I think it isn't completely dead on, but it does give a good general sense for the place. Heck even the Harley Davidson riders that pop culture taught us to be afraid of will more often than not stop and assist a stranded motorist.
