I'm not sure how to parse "...have trouble access our systems that other people are not sharing..." - are the other people not sharing these troubles or are they not sharing the access or are they not sharing the systems? Anyway: I doubt you are even allowed to use your time on the other company's staff. And neither do I think you are authorized to share knowledge about your employers IT with people that are not bound by a contract to enforce loyality to your company. "Sorry, I'm not allowed to discuss internal or confidential information of my company's equipment. I need you to contact my boss to get a permission. Send me an email with your contact information and a brief description of your request. I will then comment and forward it to him. He will answer with his decision."
