...barring all other considerations, and not knowing which will save the children, and also knowing that one WILL save the children. How you pick which child gets which treatment no longer matters - you don't have enough information to differentiate, and it becomes a crapshoot.

(From a CYA stand - make CERTAIN that you have all that documented and backed up by anyone and everyone you can however. There *will* be a lawsuit, and there *will* be significant pain in dealing with it. Only fitting, IMO - death should NEVER be lightly accepted.)

However, other than scripts from Hollyweird, how do you ever know that a treatment is guaranteed to work? *curious look*
