happened around here awhile ago. A 13-14 year old boy was shooting at his sister with a BB gun. Stepfather told him to stop it. Boy ignores Stepfather, so Stepfather steps in and takes the BB gun away after a slight scuffle. Step-son phones police and want the Step-father charged. The rookie cop that shows up decides that charging the Step-father is the right thing to do. The rookies training officer agrees so charges are placed and Step-father is removed from the home. After the Step-father is gone step-son proceeds to use power tools to break into the room the Step-father stores his firearms and also breaks into a locked handgun case. Thankfully in this case the step-son was stopped before he could do anything.
