My interview went well, and I start next monday. 50% increase in pay, better working conditions (I'm not used to seeing people so happy while at work), and I get to do more interesting things. This is definitely a step in the right direction! I feel bad for my current employer, because if I was not there beside the owner helping make clients happy while he picked up new ones, we would have never been able to get so big as quickly as we did. Now with me leaving just after he canned one of our other techs, the company is in trouble. They will survive, but they won't be happy.
With the exception of the hours and the driving, I can't wait to start :D |
