The only places in the universe that we could feasibly travel to are the other planets in our system. Mercury and Venus are too hot, Mars would need to be terraformed, Jupiter is a gas giant, and the rest would take too long to send colonization or resupply missions to, since FTL travel is arguably impossible. We're stuck. :/
