ts too is based off where you filed your last return.. since he used her address to file.. they where going there.. I didn't know that he used her address to file last years taxes... long story on this one.. the IRS has a note on the account about this mess.. gah.. still shaking . thanks guys.. will do the credit thingy right after I find out about the loan thing.. still debating about changing my ss.. I will see if I can.. just to stop future mess ups..
