be able to run a sprint faster than anyone else? It's not just training and experience; that plays a role, but it originates in the fact that they just run well.

I solve arithmetic problems very quickly. I know more or less how I approach the problems in general, and why I approach them that way, but I have no clue how I *know* how to approach any given problem. My mind is just good at it.
