That includes making it look nice (As nice as I can anyway), setting up the webserver and database and everything properly, and so on. It would also depend on how much scope there is for things like the language to write it in - For example, are Java Servlets acceptable, or must it be PHP? - and so on.
As to cost, I really haven't got a clue, but probably a couple of hundred quid if it was a full time thing. If it was an hour a day for the next few months kinda thing I'd possibly do it gratis, as long as I can keep all the code and stuff produced. |
