Regarding cell phones in public areas. by hadji2008-04-07 08:15:15
  Cell + E911 + BOFH = ???? by robertltux 2008-04-07 09:02:54
the funny thing about E911 and similar gps things is you can find the person holding the handset/with the handset quite easily.

My only problem is a typical transaction at my job requires the answer to a short list of questions.
Gas purchase (prepay)= Pump Number Amount Tender > Credit or debit > Pin or SHP
Cigs = Brand Light Menthol Box or Pack, Shorts or 100s > Date of birth > tender
Beer = Date of Birth/ ID > tender
Scratch Lotto= type and numbers of tickets > Date of Birth > Tender

so if they are on the phone i have to break in and get answers to questions SOME OF WHICH ARE REQUIRED BY LAW (i makes me wish cell jammers were legal).
